Hong Lei International Cultural Performing Arts Private Limited was established in January 2007, co-founded by Chairman Zhou Lei and Artistic Director Ding Hong. Both are renowned Chinese dance performers and educators who have been engaged in dance teaching and choreography in Singapore since 1995, with over 30 years of experience. They have nurtured many outstanding talents in Singapore’s dance community, created numerous large-scale dance works, and have been invited multiple times to participate in various arts festivals in Singapore, contributing to the flourishing and development of local dance arts.

Additionally, the company actively promotes international cultural exchange, facilitating Singaporean students' participation in dance competitions and cultural exchanges in countries such as China, Switzerland, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Hong Kong, and Macau, achieving excellent results. In 2008, the company successfully organized the “Rhythms of the Guangdong Sea” gala performance by the Guangdong Opera and Dance Drama Theatre, which was held at the Victoria Theatre in Singapore. In 2019, the first “Vanda International Arts Festival and Dance Competition” was successfully held, attracting many exceptional international dancers. In 2023, the company successfully hosted the second “Vanda International Arts Festival and Dance Competition,” further promoting international dance art exchanges and development.

In 2024, the company will welcome the third “ International Arts Festival and Dance Competition,” continuing to provide a platform for global dance artists to showcase their talents, exchange ideas, and foster the deep integration of international dance culture.
