Hong Lei Cultural & Performing Arts International was formed in March 2008. The Founders cum Artistic Directors Zhou Lei and Ding Hong are renowned dancers from China. Based in Singapore since 1995, they have more than 10 years of experience in coaching dance and choreographing, and have produced an impressive number of dance talents.
The dance teachers employed by the Company are good dancers who graduated from professional arts institutions, teaching Chinese Classical and Folk Dance, Modern Dance, Ballet and Tanzi Gong (Flexibility Training for kids and young adults). In addition to developing dance talents for schools and dance troupes and choreographing new dance pieces, the Company also provides dancers and dance items for performances in small to large-scale events.
Other areas of services include the sale of dancewear and dance accessories, and the organisation of overseas cultural exchange trips that allow participants to visit cultural institutions, take masterclasses and watch dance performances.
